This past weekend we got the chance to interview Branden Steineckert, drummer of the legendary and iconic punk rock band Rancid and former drummer and a founding member of The Used.  A few months back, Branden wrote and recorded “Believe”, a song dedicated to REAL Salt Lake and its fan base.  The song has been embraced by the fans, players and coaches and it has become the unofficial anthem of RSL.

In this discussion Branden talks about the song and his thoughts on the team.  He also reveals how it felt to be fired from his own band and what its like to play in a band he loved growing up.
