We talk about the Utes and Cougars opening games of the NCAA Tournament. Plus we make our upset picks and Final Four predictions.

Larry Brown

SMU coach Larry Brown made the bold claim that the undefeated Kentucky Wildcats could beat an Eastern Conference NBA team in a playoff series. Does he have a point or is this just a ridiculous claim?

Major League Baseball

New MLB commissioner Rob Manfred has stated he will consider allowing players to gamble on baseball. Although its unlikely, would this be a good thing? Could this lead to corruption and even fixed games?

The commissioner change also lead to speculation about whether Pete Rose would be allowed into the Hall of Fame.

Over the last few weeks multiple young players have retired from the NFL. Is this a sign of things to come? Are players becoming more aware of the dangers of the game? Could football look drastically different in coming decades?

Utah Jazz / Larry H. Miller Group

Greg Miller has stepped down as CEO of the Larry H. Miller Group. This will usher in a new corporate culture including a board of directors. What does this mean for the Utah Jazz? Is a board more likely to sell the team than a family with close ties to the community?
